Oil Paintings
The theme running through these works is that of the constantly changing and eternal cycle in nature of growth and decay. Photographs that I took while out walking of trees, leaves, bark and the woodland landscape provided the stimulus for ideas and imagery.

Silkscreen Prints on Organza
These prints continue the theme of the cyclical changes through the seasons and are printed on fine silk organza, reflecting the atmosphere and light in the woodland landscape, as it changes at different times of day and throughout the seasons. The use of this medium particularly evokes the mystical quality of light through trees.
